Membership FAQs

  • Three-month minimum commitment. Elevate+ is $199/month and Elevate NAD+ is $399/month. After the initial term, memberships renew monthly until canceled.

    Each monthly session must be used within 30 days of its billing date. Unused sessions expire and do not roll over. Memberships are individual and non-transferable.

    Email hello@elevdrip.com at least 30 days before your next billing date to request cancellation, effective after the minimum commitment.

    Optional add-ons and applicable travel fees cost extra. Members receive 15% off eligible add-ons during their monthly visit; NAD+ infusions are excluded from the discount.

    Mobile visits are available throughout the South Bay, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Travel fees may apply and will be confirmed before your appointment.

    ​Every session requires a health review and clinical approval. If treatment is not medically appropriate, a refund will be issued. B12 IM is provided during your monthly visit when clinically appropriate. Appointment cancellation and no-show policies also apply.
